Anbau an ein Wohnhaus

UETZE. Das zweite Bauvorhaben in diesem Jahr war ebenfalls ein vorgeplantes Objekt. Diesmal ist der Bauherr zwar selbst Ingenieur, aber leider in einer komplett anderen Fachrichtung. Die von ihm gelieferte DWG-Datei mit der Zeichnung nahmen wir schmunzelnd als Grundlage für die Bauzeichnung. In der Metallbranche durchaus korrekt und auch notwendig waren hier selbst alle Nägel und Schrauben in perspektivischer Sichtweise dargestellt. Hätte man dies in 1:100 ausgedruckt wäre es wohl ein schwarzes Blattpapier geworden. Aber als Vorlage war es dem Spargedanken in diesem Fall zumindest etwas zuträglich. Gut die Hälfte konnten wir hier weiterverwenden. Auch in diesem Fall bestand unsere Aufgabe lediglich aus der Genehmigungsplanung. Hier war die Dauer von Abgabe bis zur Genehmigung recht kurz.
