Neubau einer Doppelgarage mit Abstellraum

HEIDEKREIS. Die erste Garage in diesem Jahr. Wir haben die Genehmigungsplanung und den Standsicherheitsnachweis erstellt. Die Errichtung sollte in Eigenleistung erfolgen. Als Dachkonstruktion kommen hier Dachbinder zum Einsatz, da der Dachraum nicht als Abstellfläche genutzt werden soll. Erfreulich ist hier das Genehmigungsverfahren, da der Heidekreis auf sehr viel Transparenz setzt und jeder Bauherr und die dazugehörigen Entwurfsverfasser Zugänge zu einem Bauportal im Internet bekommen und den Stand der Genehmigung jeder Zeit nachverfolgen können! Dies macht hoffentlich bald Schule. Wehmutstropfen waren hier die Schulferien, in denen leider überall viel liegen bleibt und der Poststreik der u.a. die Lieferung von Plottdateien und Lageplänen doch arg verzögerte.
