Neubau eines Elektroinstallationsbetriebes

 

CELLE. Für einen Ortsansässigen Elektroinstallationsbetrieb haben wir die Genehmigungsplanung des Firmenneubaus übernommen. Die Aufgabe umfasste die Lagerhalle, welche als Zelthalle angedacht war, nebst Büroanbau und angegliederter Betriebsleiterwohnung. Wir haben die für den Bauantrag nach §63 NBauO notwendigen Unterlagen erstellt, nebst Wärmeschutznachweis und Statik. Kleine Herausforderungen hierbei waren der Brandschutz und die Regenwasserversickerung, da der Grundwasserflurabstand am Bauort doch sehr gering ist. Ein Projekt das seitens der Genehmigung leider recht lang gedauert hat.

Die Vorlage für das Objekt und seine Gestaltung kamen vom Bauherrn der in diesem Fall zwar selbst Baufachmann aber eben kein Entwurfsverfasser ist. Auf Grund dieser Tatsache war die Ausführungsplanung und die Bauüberwachung nicht Gegenstand unseres Auftrages, da die Leistungen Größtenteils in Eigenleistungen, bzw. von befreundeten Unternehmen erbracht werden sollten.
